Terms.

The services are informational and self-serve. A paid engagement is not.

• The website. Explains what CLRT does and how to work with us. It is for information.
• CLRT Ascent. A diagnostic that returns guidance and estimates from the inputs you give it, to help you decide where an agent is worth building. A free tier and paid tiers are available.
• Engagements. Any bespoke build, workshop, or ongoing service is governed by a separate written agreement between you and CLRT, not by these terms. Where the two conflict, that agreement governs the work it covers.

When you use the services, you agree to:

• Use them only for lawful purposes, and provide accurate information.
• Not interfere with, disable, or overburden the services, or attempt unauthorised access to any system or account.
• Not scrape, copy at scale, reverse-engineer, or use the services or their content to train a competing model or product, without our written permission.

CLRT Ascent produces estimates, including figures expressed in dirhams, derived from the inputs you provide. The numbers are computed in code, not generated by a language model, but they remain estimates intended to help you decide, not a promise of any particular result.

The decisions you make, and the outcomes of any workflow you choose to build or not build, remain yours.

Nothing on the website or in the diagnostic is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional or advisory relationship. For decisions that need it, take advice from your own qualified advisers.

All content in the services, including the text, design, figures, frameworks, and the CLRT name and marks, is owned by CLRT or its licensors and is protected by law. Our production systems and code are private and are not part of what the services make available.

You keep the rights to the information you enter. You may view and share our public content for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution, or building a derivative or competing offering from it, needs our prior written permission.

Where you buy a paid Ascent tier, the price is shown at checkout in AED, with VAT added as applicable to your country, and payment is handled by our payment processor. The diagnostic fee stands on its own and is not credited against any later build. Any refund terms are those stated at checkout or in applicable law.

The services may link to, or rely on, third-party sites and providers. We offer these for convenience and do not control or take responsibility for their content or practices. Your use of a third party is governed by that third party's own terms.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information in them is complete, accurate, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLRT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services, or from any decision made in reliance on them. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as our services or the law change. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date above will reflect the most recent update. Your continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the regulations of the Meydan Free Zone. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities there.
